Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant

We are a digital marketing agency based near Hertford, Hertfordshire that has recently seen a huge amount of business development. Main Roles:
-Social Media Management; monitoring account performance, engagement with posts, reporting & more. Mainly working across Facebook, Instagram & Twitter with the opportunity to expand to further channels.
-Content Creation; mainly image and text-based content. Having a good eye on design will be important & video editing skills would be a bonus.
-Post Scheduling; across a variety of social media channels. Finding the best times and days of the week to post on behalf of clients.
-Facebook Ads Management; this is a huge benefit if you have existing knowledge on Facebook Ads as we have a large amount of clients using this service.
-Outreach; growing our own social media channels and outreaching to prospecting clients.
-There will be other general marketing tasks involved on a smaller scale.

Desired Skills:
-This is quite a varied role as comes naturally to a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant.
-There will be some training available, however a good understanding of the current ‘main roles’ is required.
-Previous use of Scheduling Tools, Facebook Ads, Canva, Photo & Video Editing software is a huge bonus.
-We do also offer other services such as Google Ads Management, Website Development & Design Work, therefore any existing knowledge on this would also be great.

Requirements:
-As long as you have the knowledge & skills needed, attention to detail, enthusiasm about the role & a good work ethic, we do not require any minimum level of education.
-You must be able to speak and write fluent English due to the nature of the role and our clients.
-Due to an element of working from home you must be self-motivated and have great communication skills.
-A full driving license and use of a car is essential due to our location.

Role Details:
This is a Full-time role although Part-time may be available dependant on hours and experience.

The salary range is £16,000 to £20,000 and is dependant on role type & previous experience.

This role is based in Bayford, Hertfordshire, however there will be an element of working from home available due to the current pandemic, probably 2 to 3 days a week. We would look to carry on with a work from home allowance when things get back to normal. Necessary equipment will be provided.
