Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing agency.
Do Some Digital is a marketing agency based in Hertford, Hertfordshire that has recently seen a huge amount of business development. This is an exciting opportunity to show-off your social media & digital marketing skills whilst helping to grow our brand too. We’re ready to take it to the next level with your help!
The Digital Marketing Manager must be able to confidently carry out the following tasks:
-Facebook Ads Management; being able to take control of a Facebook Ads account. From refreshing current ads and monitoring budgets to setting up new clients from scratch.
-Social Media Management; monitoring account performance, engagement with posts, reporting & more. Mainly working across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn with the potential for further channels.
-Content Creation; mainly image and text-based content. Having a good eye on design will be important & video editing skills would be a bonus.
-Post Scheduling; across a variety of social media channels. Finding the best times and days of the week to post on behalf of clients.
-Google Ads Management; setting up new client accounts, taking control of monthly optimisations & keeping up to date with the latest platform insights.
Desired Skills:
-This is quite a varied role as comes naturally to a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager.
-There will be some training available, however a good understanding of the tasks above is required.
-Previous use of Scheduling Tools, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Photo & Video Editing software.
-We do also offer other services such as Website Development & Design Work, therefore any existing knowledge on this would also be great.
Requirements:
-As long as you have the knowledge & skills needed, attention to detail, enthusiasm about the role & a good work ethic, we do not require any minimum level of education.
-You must be able to speak and write fluent English due to the nature of the role and our clients. Being grammatically correct will also play a big part in this job.
-Due to an element of working from home and a small agency setup, you must be self-motivated and have great communication skills.
-A full driving license and use of a car may be essential due to our location.
-You must be fully eligible to work in the UK.
Role Details:
-This is a Full-time role.
-The salary range is £24,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience.
-This role is based in Hertford Town Centre, Hertfordshire, however there will be an element of working from home available to you. Necessary equipment will be provided.
-The interview & hiring process will be carried out via Zoom or a phone call for the first stage and then in-person for the second and last stage. Unfortunately, due to the demand, we may not be able to get back to all unsuccessful applicants.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant

Main Roles:
-Social Media Management; monitoring account performance, engagement with posts, reporting & more. Mainly working across Facebook, Instagram & Twitter with the opportunity to expand to further channels.
-Content Creation; mainly image and text-based content. Having a good eye on design will be important & video editing skills would be a bonus.
-Post Scheduling; across a variety of social media channels. Finding the best times and days of the week to post on behalf of clients.
-Facebook Ads Management; this is a huge benefit if you have existing knowledge on Facebook Ads as we have a large amount of clients using this service.
-Instagram Following campaign; manually helping brands to grow their following through a follow/unfollow process.
-Outreach; growing our own social media channels and outreaching to prospecting clients.
-There will be other general marketing tasks involved on a smaller scale.
